A day of friends, heat and FUN!!!!!!!!!

Today Amanda & I met up and went to lunch, the park and duck pond. It was a warm sunny day and as soon as we met we realized we were out numbered by two!! We did have an AWESOME AWESOME day!! The girl's played and laughed.

Shawn started last week wanting to get rid of a pile of wood he had collected some time ago!! So little by little he has worked each night and what started out as a pile of wood is turning into a princess castle!! I can't wait to see them playing in their own "house"!!

So Shawn was hammering down and he hit his thumb and it turned black and blue and by the next morning it was twice the size it should have been and he couldn't bend it! So I talked and talked and he caved and went to the doctor! They had to drill into his nail bed with a needle. Needless to say he was NOT happy. Most of you know he is VERY VERY afraid of needles and blood. He did well and it did release pressure but it still looks NASTY so I took a picture, check it out!! It's a week old now!

Father's Day !!HOORAY!!

So on Father's Day we headed out to Great Wolf Lodge and we had an AWESOME AWESOME time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Diving Board

Cassidy & Brooke have been going off the diving board so I thought I'd share a few pictures!! I love the concentration and bravery!!

Brooke.............

Tonight we were driving home from a busy day of swim, doctor appointments, shopping and supper. The radio was playing and the kid's were eating candy they had bought with their $1.00. All the sudden Brooke let's out a BIG whine and I say what Brooke and.....she say's I don't want to grow up...I say well you have a long time until then Brooke....she says I'm scared to be pregnat!! Where did that come from!! Normally I don't share but I had to tonight!! I swear she thinks she's twenty!

Cassidy has talent!!

So Cassidy sat Brooke down and parted her hair make two piggy's and braided them. She has talent!!

Check Up

Cassidy & Brooke went for their check up today. Both look great and their throats look fine. He even gave them a "tickle" test. So no more Dr. Hottie!! I mean the man should be on Grey's and he can really operate!! Grrrrrrrrr!! Amanda says he should be Mc Thirsty!!

Swim Lessons

Cassidy & Brooke started swim lessons this week. Monday was their first day and they did well. I thought "maybe" they would be timid or shy but they jumped right in and they really like it. They will go Monday through Friday for two weeks with gymnastics on Wednesday nights still!! Busy summer!! Keeping BUSY!!!!
